Sales Engineer - Power Grid Automation The Sales Engineer - Power Grid Automation is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration by providing solution-based selling and technical expertise of G&W Electric's medium voltage switchgear with Power Grid Automation solutions. This customer-facing role combines deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen to identify high-value opportunities, support field sales teams, channel partners, and end users across utility, industrial, commercial, and data center markets. The Sales Engineer will engage with consulting engineers, EPCs, contractors, and key decision-makers to develop and present tailored solutions that address customer challenges. This position requires the ability to translate complex customer requirements and problems into a solution with a compelling value proposition while building long-term strategic relationships that drive adoption of G&W's innovative Power Grid Automation solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset for pipeline development, and the ability to champion the customer's voice internally to shape future product innovation. What we offer you: Typical pay is $98,872 - 128,577 annually. Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline. Pay is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
