Supervises, directs and coordinates the Collection functions, operations, and personnel for Northside Hospital, Northside Hospital Cherokee, Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Outpatient Facilities.

REQUIRED:

1. High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years collections experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. 2. Call center or dialer experience. 2. Ability to work independently, and direct and train personnel. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED:

1. Prior collections experience in healthcare environment 2. B.S. degree in Business or, 3. Five (5) or more year's collection experience. 4. CPAR/CFC Certified.
