Job Title: Social Work Assistant Location: Brooklyn, NY 11224 (On-site) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 9am-5pm Responsibilities: * Provide social work support to seniors within the NORC program. * Conduct client assessments and assist with service coordination. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in English. * Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure quality care for clients. * Assist clients with benefits and entitlement programs. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's not required). * No license required; no clinical supervision provided. * 2+ years of experience working in a mental health facility, ideally supporting the elderly. * Experience with community-based programs is a plus. * Strong attention to detail for documentation. * Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment. * English required; Russian bilingual preferred due to client population. * Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.
