Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Execute plans for large team relocations and ensure team has all necessary equipment Serve as a resource to all new hires to ensure they feel fully engaged and are experiencing the client as a great place to work Order and maintain equipment backlog Update, organize and maintain all workstations, conference rooms, copy rooms, and breakrooms Continue to audit and collaborate on all onboarding processes to ensure they remain impactful and efficient and are delivering value Collaborate with the team Administrative Assistants to ensure we are following one process across all locations Facilitate employee surveys related to engagement, onboarding, events, etc. and help translate findings into actionable insights that enhance our employee experience Maintain a well-organized and communicated calendar of events, actions, and experiences for employees Create a task list for all events to include retro results of the event Plan and execute large-scale company events, both in-person and virtual, such as parties, happy hours, lunch and learns, off-sites, and more Create and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that are aligned with company goals and objectives and within budget Publish building happenings such as food truck schedule, socials, lunch and learns etc. organize, schedule and document Identify and implement new opportunities to enhance a sense of belonging and social connection in a hybrid, distributed environment Requirements: At least 3+ years of experience in the workforce Microsoft Office - PowerPoint Accountable, proactive, and patient Strong attention to detail Hard-working, willing to learn and always looking for new ways to grow within the company Candidate will not settle for this position or that answer, they want to be the best and move ahead among their coworkers Focuses on growth, knowledge, and experience within a company Desired skills: Creative and is responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that will entice target audiences Sharepoint Experience with tools such as GEP, ARM, myTechnology, FMS; sourcing/procurement experience Self-motivated about doing their job well because they want to Candidate wants to be the best they can be regardless of where they work and will often take responsibility for projects even when they do not need to Pay Range: $43.54-$51.54 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
