Production Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator in San Diego, CA! Join a dynamic team in the signage and large-format printing industry, where your attention to detail and hands-on skills make an impact.

Pay: $18-$22/hr Depending on experience.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase orders and enter print jobs into large-scale printers
• Operate laminators, vinyl cutters/plotters, and eco-solvent printers
• Assist with onsite installations at client sites (once converted)
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed
• Maintain quality and consistency across all production tasks

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience
• Experience in large-format printing, vinyl graphics, or signage preferred
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work both in production and eventually on-site installations
