As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related communications and activities throughout the educational location.
• Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance, providing clear information to security personnel and stakeholders.
• Document and report all incidents, calls, and activities as required by site-specific policies and procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and communicating with on-site staff as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from students, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Support security-related procedures by relaying accurate information and following established protocols during routine operations and critical situations.
• Maintain awareness of the location's environment and report any suspicious activities or hazards to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
