The Senior Manager, Change Management & Transformation is responsible for designing, leading, and operationalizing enterprise-wide change initiatives at SCRI. This role serves as a senior change leader, partnering closely with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and transformation teams to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully adopted, sustained, and embedded into how the organization works. This role leads and coaches a team of change managers providing strategic oversight across large-scale, complex initiatives with significant people and organizational impact. The Senior Manager applies structured change management methodologies, advanced stakeholder engagement techniques, and data-driven adoption strategies to improve business outcomes, employee experience, and organizational readiness. Success in this role requires deep expertise in change management, strong influencing skills, and the ability to lead across a highly matrixed clinical and research environment.
