Position Overview
Frog Street is seeking a passionate, growth-oriented inside sales representative to join our dynamic team focused on the independent child care and private preschool market. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in early childhood development and will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in this sector by offering innovative early childhood solutions. While some sales or professional experience is preferred, we are seeking enthusiastic learners with potential and drive to advance in an educational sales career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion



  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate potential sales leads within the child care market.
  • Utilize a variety of tools, including cold calls, emails, and social media to reach decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain a high volume of outreach to prospective customers - average 100 outbound calls per week


Sales Execution



  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our early childhood solutions to prospective clients.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.


Market Knowledge



  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the overall landscape of the child care market.
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership, product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions continue to meet the changing needs of the market.


Collaboration



  • Work closely with Marketing, Professional Development, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices, challenges, and insights.


Reporting



  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, sales processes, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales or early childhood education
  • Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound calling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with video conferencing and video recording
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets in a remote work environment
  • Understanding of early childhood education or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce


Job Location



  • Remote - Central time zone preferred
