Job Description

Summary:
Serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance coordination, ensuring work orders are prioritized and executed efficiently. This role is highly hands-on, requiring advanced technical skills to perform complex maintenance tasks while guiding workflow-not supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central coordinator for maintenance activities, distributing and tracking work orders.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Leverage knowledge of team members' skills and capabilities to assign tasks appropriately (without direct supervisory authority).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records in CMMS and report on maintenance progress.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and plan preventive maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory control for spare parts and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in industrial maintenance with strong technical expertise.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and serve as a technical resource for the team.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $33.00 to $44.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
