Job Details

The Director, Enterprise Financial Modeling and Analysis role requires a highly skilled and motivated professional to drive financial modeling, analysis, and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and strategic investments. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our corporate growth initiatives and requires close collaboration with the Corporate Development team, Commercial Operations, and other Corporate Functions to evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions and investments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and post-deal integration, with a proven ability to manage complex financial models and deliver actionable insights that support long-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis:

    • Assist in accretion/dilution analysis to evaluate the impact of acquisitions on financial performance, under the guidance of senior team members.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

    • Contribute to the development of modeling for scenario analysis on an ad hoc basis to support broader strategic initiatives

    • Collaborate with and provide support to Investor Relations for quarter and year end earnings releases

  • M&A Transaction Support:

    • Provide analytical support to the Corporate Development team during the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions.

    • Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to support deal negotiations and decision-making.

    • Collaborate with external advisors, including investment banks and legal counsel, as needed.

  • Post-Deal Integration:

    • Support financial integration activities from an FP&A perspective, ensuring seamless alignment of acquired entities with corporate processes and systems.

    • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of acquisitions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize value creation from acquisitions and investments.

  • Executive-Level Presentations and Reporting:

    • Prepare presentations and reports to senior leadership, including the CFO, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and other key executives, under the direction of senior team members.

    • Summarize and communicate as needed financial analysis, key findings, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Corporate Development team to align financial goals with strategic objectives.

    • Partner with internal stakeholders, including FP&A, accounting, and operations teams, to ensure smooth integration and execution of strategic initiatives.

    • Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports related to M&A activity.

  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

    • Execute on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the SVP of Enterprise FP&A.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking.

  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with expertise in accretion/dilution analysis.

  • Strong understanding of post-deal integration processes and financial performance management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience working in a corporate development or strategic finance role within a large organization.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific M&A trends and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive value creation through strategic investments and acquisitions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial reporting software).
