The team in San Diego is integral to reagent manufacturing - producing key products for flow cytometry applications - as part of Cytek's broader commitment to quality and precision in life science manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Specialist II on the Cytek Biosciences San Diego manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supporting antibody production and quality workflows that contribute directly to Cytek's reagent and biologics manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include hybridoma cell culture production, clarification and concentration of antibody supernatant, SDS-PAGE testing, and additional quality-related tasks. You will also participate in monoclonal antibody purification using affinity chromatography, ensuring work is aligned with production schedules and executed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
