Job Summary: The Business Transformation Leader drives global transformation in partnership with cross-functional and regional teams, shaping initiatives that advance long-term business objectives. This role accelerates Pest Intelligence by aligning IoT strategy, infrastructure, service models, and end-to-end processes to enable a more digital, data-driven business. They unify stakeholders around a clear strategy and lead successful implementation and change adoption across segments and customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the global transformation strategy across Mega Markets (NA, GC, EUR) with direct ownership of North America transformation initiatives. Develop and execute plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Program Delivery: Drive crossfunctional delivery of transformation initiatives, including equipment cost savings, device development, digital infrastructure upgrades, installation and support improvements, and productivity gains. Enable crossfunctional coordination, align stakeholders, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report impact to executive leadership. Maintain routines to track progress, flag issues early, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Workstream Oversight: Oversee key workstreams, ensuring coordinated project execution and encouraging innovative approaches. Clearly communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders to keep teams aligned and engaged.
  • Financial Discipline: Set financial goals and partner with Finance to track, validate, and enforce disciplined financial performance.
  • Commercial Feedback Loop: Partner with commercial leaders to drive adoption, surface rollout barriers, and provide feedback to development and equipment teams.
  • Team Management: Lead a team responsible for connected device strategy, service and operational transformation, endtoend process enhancements, and change leadership. Build a highperformance, globally connected culture.
  • Culture & Change Management: Drive cultural and change initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with Enterprise Excellence, Training, and Communications to engage, motivate, and upskill employees.
  • LongTerm Sustainability: Design initiatives for longterm success and foster continuous improvement and innovation beyond initial project completion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven leadership of crossfunctional teams managing complex projects with strong collaboration, urgency, and accountability.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. * Strong command of project management methodologies.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Change leadership expertise with the ability to challenge the status quo and apply frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or digital infrastructure sectors, including data analytics and intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and business intelligence platforms. * Management consulting or strategic operations background.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $195,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
