Job Summary The Project Engineer 2 is a crucial team member in managing and executing large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects. This role demands a higher level of responsibility than Project Engineer 1, encompassing project oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, and detailed reporting, while proficiently using specialized software tools.
