Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned with regulations and internal policies; oversee full AI lifecycle; implement risk controls such as model risk management, bias audits, and human-in-the-loop safeguards; lead governance councils and working groups. * Drive AI strategy and integration across workflows to deliver measurable ROI; identify and implement high-value use cases through cross-functional PODs; promote AI democratization via self-service tools and catalogs. * Develop and deliver structured AI training programs, certifications, and awareness campaigns; foster responsible innovation through workshops and literacy initiatives; ensure compliance training for AI tools. * Define KPIs and dashboards to track AI impact, adoption, and model health; provide regular reporting to leadership and governance committees on program status and risk posture.
