Location: Atkins, AR

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Key Duties:

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices
• Create and send invoices
• Process payments
• Vendor maintenance, including completing & managing credit applications
• Review and reconcile vendor and customer statements
• Investigate discrepancies
• Cash balancing and handling
• Collections on past due accounts
• Responsible for completing monthly closing reports
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
• Accurately analyze, prepare, and input accounting data
• Work with purchasing, vendors, and customers to resolve issues
• Other duties as needed, including but not limited to:
• Creating reports, filing, working on special projects, answering the phone, and other duty coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Accounting degree preferred, experience may be accepted
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required
• Experience at a manufacturing facility is highly desired
• Knowledge of general administrative and bookkeeping principles
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to generate and understand spreadsheet data
• Strong math skills
• High degree of accuracy with diligence
• Excellent data entry skills - experience with ERP system is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Effective organization and time management skills
