Job Overview: Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health. Qualifications: Required: 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience High School diploma or equivalent Basic Life Support (CPR) Basic Telecommunicator IAED EMD HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800 Preferred: Associates degree ACPE-SPO Certifications and Licenses Required: Basic Life Support (CPR) Basic Telecommunicator IAED EMD HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800 Scheduling Requirements: FT, DAY SHIFT Essential Functions: Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
