As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Commercial Property in Wayne, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will operate company or client vehicles during patrols. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe for potential security-related concerns or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
