Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol

As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Greenwood, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the property.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Work collaboratively with the client's staff and visitors to address security-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
