What to Expect
Design and build high-quality web applications supporting complex factory design and material flow workflows. You will own the end-to-end development of meaningful features, from early technical design through production deployment and ongoing optimization. This team develops internal tooling that enables seamless integration across factory designers, material flow planners, tactical, construction and architectural teams.

What You'll Do
  • Improve andmaintainmodern web-based software platforms
  • Build andmaintainfull-stack features with a primary focus on frontend architecture and user experience
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute to backend services and APIs using Python
  • Own complex features from implementation through deployment and long-term maintenance
  • Debug and resolve production issues byidentifyingroot causes and applying high-quality fixes
  • Contribute to defining engineering standards,conventionsand best practices
  • Review code to ensure high quality,performanceand maintainability

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript-based UI frameworks, particularly React Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals,GraphQLand modern testing tools
  • Experience in a full-stack environment using Python for backend development (FastApi,Pydantic, Strawberry GQL, Celery)
  • Experience with 3D graphics technologies such as OpenGL, WebGL,DeckGLor Three.js Experience working on 3D layout, spatialplanningor visualization-oriented projects
  • Familiarity with performance optimization for complex or data-heavy user interfaces
  • Experience applying or integrating AI technologies
  • Solid understanding of key web performance metrics and a continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication,collaborationand problem-solving skills
