Description
Sr. Cloud Architect / Administrator The Sr. Cloud Architect / Administrator supports the customer program by designing, implementing, securing, and managing cloud-based architectures and services that enable enterprise modernization and digital transformation. The individual provides technical leadership and hands-on support to ensure cloud solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business and mission objectives. Responsibilities include designing cloud architectures and environments; supporting migration, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and data; and administering cloud infrastructure and services across development, test, and production environments. The Cloud Architect / Administrator ensures cloud solutions comply with DoD, Army, and Federal cybersecurity requirements, including RMF and applicable security controls. Additional duties include managing cloud configurations, access controls, and monitoring; supporting automation, backup, and disaster recovery solutions; tracking cloud performance, availability, and cost metrics; and supporting interface and data integration across enterprise systems. The role supports development and review of cloud-related technical documentation, architectures, and standards and collaborates with systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, developers, and program managers to support integration and sustainment activities. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Required Experience 10 years of experience designing, implementing, or administering cloud-based systems within a DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environment
