About the Job

This is a temporary / casual, hourly appointment for the Spring 2026 semester.

Hours

  • 5-15 hours per week depending on need

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advise, coordinate, and manage strategic initiatives and key projects for the Office for Student Affairs
  • Organize/coordinate work across multiple offices, groups, and campuses
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external to the university, to ensure completion of project goals and objectives
  • Represent the Office for Student Affairs on committees and/or work groups whose work impacts the division.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Office for Student Affairs leadership.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with twelve years relevant experience advising or leading strategic initiatives and projects within a college or university setting, or master's degree plus at least ten years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading meetings and facilitating processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience working in Student Affairs

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
