Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Duties:

• Access bank accounts to download daily payments for lockboxes, ACHs, and wires.
• Manage the remit email box.
• Process payment portal transactions received via the payment portal using multiple Excel spreadsheets simultaneously.
• Post lockbox checks, ACHs, and wires to customer accounts per remit.
• Post payment portal, credit card, and ACH payments to customer accounts per remit.
• Post manual credit card payments processed by the Credit Department.
• Process remote deposit of local checks and post payments.
• Work closely with the Credit team to determine the proper posting of customer check/ACH/wire payments.
• Track posted customer payments on the daily tracking spreadsheet on a timely basis.
• Locate/research customer payment documentation for external audit.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team in processing customer refunds.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable
• Organizational skill
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
