The Sales Operations organization is a critical enabler of Marvell's growth strategy. Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain, the team delivers the analytical rigor, operational discipline, and execution excellence that power Marvell's go to market engine.
By transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, optimizing end to end sales processes, and strengthening cross functional alignment, Sales Operations directly influences revenue performance, forecast predictability, and customer intimacy. The team plays a pivotal role in scaling Marvell's presence across Cloud and Hyperscale customers-one of the company's most strategic and fastest growing markets.

Your Impact

As the Sales Operations Cloud Business Manager, you will be a central integrator between Marvell's largest Cloud and Hyperscale customers and our internal execution teams. This role is essential to achieving Marvell's AOP objectives by elevating forecast integrity, strengthening demand and supply alignment, and driving disciplined execution across complex, multistakeholder environments.

You will proactively challenge assumptions, validate customer demand signals against external market indicators (including systemlevel ratios, CapEx trends, and market growth data), and translate insights into predictable revenue outcomes. Your work will materially improve operational responsiveness, decision quality, and business performance in one of Marvell's most critical growth segments.

What Can You Expect

Strategic Alignment & CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Drive tight strategic coordination between Cloud customers, Sales, and key internal organizations to strengthen revenue execution, forecasting accuracy, and demand/supply visibility.
  • Serve as a trusted integrator, ensuring customer expectations, internal commitments, and market dynamics translate into predictable business outcomes.
  • Influence decisionmaking across Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain through databacked insights and clear recommendations.

Analytics & Forecasting Excellence

  • Develop, validate, and communicate advanced analytics across forecasts, backlog, system ratios, market share, and customer buying patterns.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide revenuedriving decisions for Sales, Operations, and customerfacing teams.
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and continuously improve forecast integrity through rigorous analysis and crossfunctional alignment.

Customer Engagement & Business Planning

  • Lead internal readiness for customer forecast reviews, demand planning cycles, and strategic business reviews.
  • Facilitate proactive, datadriven discussions with customers to align on demand, supply, product transitions, and longrange planning.
  • Strengthen customer partnership models by driving transparency, accountability, and shared understanding of business drivers.

Revenue Growth & Market Penetration

  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue, increase market share, and optimize ASPs across Cloud and Hyperscale accounts.
  • Leverage deep understanding of hyperscale trends, customer CapEx cycles, and competitive dynamics to position Marvell for advantage.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that influence product strategy, pricing decisions, and supply planning.

Accountability & Flawless Execution

  • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders for commitments tied to strategic initiatives and customer agreements.
  • Ensure flawless execution of contractual and operational commitments, including buffer strategies, share allocations, supply plans, and ontime delivery performance.
  • Identify and escalate risks early, coordinating crossfunctional mitigation plans to protect revenue and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Inside Sales Analysis, or Project Management within hightechnology industries; semiconductor experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive organizational change within Sales or Sales Operations, with a track record of shaping crossfunctional decisionmaking.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and related analytics tools; strong data visualization skills highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated agility in fastmoving, rapidly evolving customer environments, with the ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Onsite presence required; this role is based in the Santa Clara office to enable close collaboration with internal teams and customerfacing stakeholders.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

150,140 - 224,900, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
