A Strategic Partner in Leadership Excellence

Location: Sioux Center, IA

Schedule: 30-35 hours/week (school-day friendly) or full-time

This position is for someone who thinks ahead, connects dots, and drives projects forward. You'll work side-by-side with a senior leader as a trusted partner, owning systems, driving follow-through, and helping ensure the right things happen at the right time-with the right people.

What You'll Own



  • Strategic Calendar & Time Management - manage the calendar as a strategic tool, not just a scheduling exercise.
  • Action Item Tracking & Accountability - ensure meetings lead to action.
  • Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement - own and manage key recurring processes, including maintaining tracking systems, drafting communications and managing documentation.
  • Email & Information Flow Management - review and prioritize incoming information.
  • Long-Term Planning & Leadership Support - participate in work sessions to support brainstorming and long-term planning.
  • Communication Planning & Creation - draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and first-draft documents.

Qualifications and Experience:



  • 3-5 years of executive or senior-level administrative experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A process-oriented mindset that values clarity and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to take initial direction and independently drive work forward
  • A genuine desire to build personal connections
