The Regional Sales Director for the Mountain West is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team that drives profitable growth, delivers strong commercial insights, and expands Sealed Air's presence across Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Reporting to the Division Sales Leader, this role owns regional strategy, people leadership, distributor performance, and execution across a high-growth territory. This role requires a strong sales leader with the ability to recruit, coach, and hold teams accountable while operating in a metrics-focused environment. The Regional Sales Director will lead a team, while spending significant time in the field supporting customer engagement, distributor partnerships, and team development. The preferred location is within the Mountain West region, ideally Phoenix, Denver, or Salt Lake City, with extensive regional travel required. Wage Transparency
Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission): $161,857 - $226,600 The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
