We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced law enforcement leader to join our dynamic team as a specialized liaison. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the critical intersection of cutting-edge technology and public safety. You will leverage your extensive network and political acumen to safeguard our autonomous fleet, ensure seamless operations, and build vital relationships with local public safety agencies, directly impacting the successful deployment and public acceptance of our revolutionary technology. Your strategic contributions will be instrumental in fostering trust and collaboration as we expand into new markets.

**Key Responsibilities and Impact:**

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

* **Serve as a Primary Liaison:** Act as the main point of contact for local public safety departments, expertly navigating the complexities of large metropolitan agencies to secure essential access and cooperation for our operations.

* **Lead Incident Investigations:** Conduct thorough field investigations into incidents affecting our fleet, such as vandalism or interference. You will meticulously document evidence and prepare comprehensive investigative packages to facilitate efficient prosecution by local authorities.

* **Monitor Critical Incidents:** Provide expert oversight during law enforcement-led crash investigations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert to protect company interests and ensure the technical accuracy of information regarding vehicle capabilities.

* **Drive Strategic Expansion:** Utilize your established networks and "reach-back" capabilities to forge new relationships and integrate our operations seamlessly into new regional markets as our service footprint grows.

* **Implement Training & Policy:** Develop and deliver essential training for local first responders on vehicle interaction and safety protocols. You will adapt and implement existing company security policies to align with the unique legal and cultural landscapes of assigned operational cities.

* **Oversee Fleet Recovery:** Manage and support recovery operations for blocked or tampered vehicles, leveraging high-level relationships to ensure swift and effective resolution.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Hyper-Local Law Enforcement Expertise:** A minimum of 15+ years of distinguished service in law enforcement, specifically within the city limits of Miami.

* **Departmental Influence:** Demonstrated deep knowledge and proven ability to navigate and influence specific departments within a major metropolitan police agency.

* **Command-Level Experience:** Strong preference for candidates with Captain or Lieutenant rank experience, showcasing the political acumen required to operate effectively at the executive level of a major metropolitan public safety department.

* **Traffic Enforcement Acumen:** Direct experience working in or overseeing a Traffic Enforcement Unit, with a strong understanding of crash investigation protocols and technical traffic safety standards.
