We are looking for a skilled Engineering Technician to support our Device Characterization team. In this role you will measure semiconductor device components on wafer using manual and automated wafer probing systems. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, lab bench equipment experience, electrical test techniques, and knowledge of semiconductor device operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Use electronic schematics and layout for debug and test setup.
  • Maintain lab equipment and infrastructure.
  • Implement and document lab procedures.
  • Setup, debug, and execute semiconductor device test scenarios using electronic measurement instruments.
  • Inventory management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics.
  • Familiar with active and passive semiconductor devices.
  • Experience in deep submicron CMOS and BCD device measurement.
  • Experience working with lab equipment: Semiconductor Device Analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, function generators, Source Measurement Units, etc.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or closely related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • Basic software knowledge in text-based programming such as C or scripting language such as Python, PERL, etc.
  • Experience with Keysight software suites like BenchView, EasyEXPERT groupt+, and WaferPro.
  • Hands-on lab semiconductor wafer probe lab experience or electronics lab experience using electronics measurement equipment.
  • Experience with manual, semi-automated, and automated wafer probers.
