Required Education/Experience: Three years of Supervisory experience. Five years of Maintenance Experience in a Manufacturing area. Technical degree or graduate from a Vocational Program. A working knowledge base of all Production Departments equipment and processes. (preferred) Job Responsibilities: Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices. Responsible for measuring and managing employee performance including completingproper supporting departmental documentation in a professional manner. Responsible to manage the daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance System. Manage all phases of equipment planned outages from plan inception throughequipment returned to service. Assists in identifying needs and participates in training activities to enable employeeflexibility across tasks where possible. Assign, direct, and provide efficient resources in both planned and unplannedequipment care environments. Responsible for evaluating and providing technical assistance concerning maintenanceissues and equipment reliability requirements. Function as liaison between Maintenance, Fabrication, Cast, Paint, and Pack/ShipDepartments. Responsible to secure and manage contracted resources. Understanding of numerous chemicals and how to work with them safely is amandatory.
