HR Business Partner

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Human Resources team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to guide leaders towards effective working relationships and organizational success. The HRBP will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the Laboratory.

The Human Resources Business Partner is part of the HR team. You will work with other HRBPs, delivering the full scope of progressive HR consulting services, working in conjunction with the HR team, including Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Culture & Experience, EEO, Talent Development and HR Information Systems.
