Job Description:
*Send mail alert to the correct recipients.
*Prepares international shipping documents
*Generate shipping labels
*Arranges pickup from major couriers
*Data entry - inbound delivery log, shipping request update, billing, etc.
*Maintains inventory of mailroom supplies.
*Operates office equipment.
*Disposes of junk mail.

Software/Tools Used:
*SAP Systems
*ERP Systems

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
*Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems for logging shipments, tracking inventory, or updating billing and shipping records.
*Experience preparing international shipping documentation and working with customs-related forms or requirements.
*Background supporting mailroom operations in a corporate headquarters or regulated environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and process adherence are critical.

Top Skills/Must haves:
*Experience handling inbound and outbound mail in a corporate or logistics environment, including receiving, logging, labeling, and coordinating pickups with major couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
*Demonstrated, day-to-day use of computers and systems, including Google Suite and courier platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip.
*Ability to accurately track deliveries, maintain logs, manage inventory of mailroom supplies, and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
