Our Company The Opportunity Customer Experience is entering a new era-one where AI is a fundamental driver of how people interact with brands, platforms, and services. This role offers the chance to guide some of the world's most influential brands as they meet the moment. You'll help clients harness AI to evolve their content supply chain and operational capabilities. As a Senior Digital Strategist, you'll help clients advance their vision for an end-to-end content supply chain that enables better personalization and accelerates speed-to-market. You'll contribute to crafting operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps that align content strategy & operations with business objectives. You'll guide organizations by using Adobe's industry-leading solutions like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe GenStudio, and Firefly-powered generative technologies. These tools help build content ecosystems that enable scalable, personalized experiences and efficient delivery. What You'll Do This role leads digital transformation work with senior leaders. The focus is on the digital content workflow, technology adoption, and how teams work together. You will define strategy, find gaps, and build solutions based on data. You will work in matrixed organizations to align priorities and help teams move work forward. You will assess content operations across people, processes, platforms, governance, and operating models. You will design future state process from planning through delivery and optimization. You will advise on content operating models, including governance, workflows, and team structures. Collaborate with content, marketing, technology, and operations teams to align content strategy with business goals and platform capabilities. You will help clients apply AI in content operations. This includes automation, metadata, reuse, personalization, and content intelligence. You will support change management so new ways of working take hold. You will present recommendations and roadmaps to senior leaders, mentor project teams, and work through new or unclear problems using structured problem-solving. Basic Qualifications
In California, the pay range for this position is $169,400 - $245,300 In New York, the pay range for this position is $169,400 - $245,300 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
