Reporting to the Executive Director, Creative Services, the User Experience (UX) Design Manager oversees Mercy's consumer-centered digital design team. This role significantly impacts Mercy's online assets and requires knowledge of current digital design trends and user-centered design. The manager collaborates with User Interface (UI) designers, developers, product managers, and executives throughout the planning and development lifecycle. Additionally, they ensure consistent brand application, align with strategic growth goals, and reflect Mercy Values in all departmental operations, adhering to our mission and service standards.
Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Skills, Knowledge Abilities: Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 8 years of UX/UI design, 2+ years of team management Certification(s): UX design certification preferred but not required.
