Hours & Pay



  • Salary: $62,000-$68,000 annually
  • Schedule Options:

    • 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or
    • 9:00 AM-7:00 PM


  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume, non-temperature-controlled facility


About the Role

The Warehouse Department Supervisor oversees daily operations within an assigned warehouse area, managing people, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient distribution and exceptional customer service. This role partners cross-functionally with other departments, enforces safety and operational standards, and continuously improves processes to meet business and customer demands.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, returns, and damaged goods
  • Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage warehouse staff within the assigned department
  • Enforce safety, security, and sanitation programs consistently
  • Execute corporate policies, procedures, and operational programs
  • Plan and schedule distribution services and department workflows
  • Ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal productivity
  • Review operations and recommend improvements to procedures and projects
  • Coordinate with other departments to support customer satisfaction
  • Administer discipline and performance management as needed
  • Monitor transportation providers for pickup times and service quality
  • Open and close the facility as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management


Requirements & Qualifications



  • 4+ years of experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Proven background in shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze data, solve operational problems, and implement improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience


Physical & Work Requirements



  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, kneel, and operate equipment throughout the shift
  • Lift and move up to 70 pounds as needed
  • Strong vision and depth perception, with ability to adjust focus
