Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators for a manufacturing partner in Marion, AL. This position offers a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, giving you Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Pay: $11.00/hour
• 2nd Shift | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM | Pay: $12.00/hour

Warehouse Forklift Operator Position Overview

This role is responsible for operating forklift equipment to support production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely to move pallets, materials, and finished goods
• Load, unload, and transport materials to designated locations
• Maintain steady production flow by supplying materials to production areas
• Inspect loads for accuracy and safety before transport
• Follow all forklift safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete required production documentation as assigned
• Previous Forklift experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment (65-85F)
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
