Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $18-$24 per hour, based on experience

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
  • No weekends except rare emergencies

• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs (most lifting performed via forklift); 85% standing, 15% sitting

About the Role

This hybrid shipping position supports a small, experienced team and plays a key role in the accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods. Success in this role depends on strong math skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You'll work in a structured, numbers-based system where accuracy is critical, and learning is encouraged.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Receive incoming raw materials and ship finished products
• Verify batch numbers, purchase orders, and quantities for accuracy
• Track materials using a numeric product and batch system
• Support production and batch work as cross-training occurs
• Follow all safety protocols when working around chemicals and flammables
• Wear required PPE, including gloves, goggles, masks, aprons, and uniforms
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience
  
  
  
  • OR 1 year of experience with exceptional mental math skills
  
  
  
  
• Strong ability to perform basic calculations mentally; math testing required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable working around chemicals and flammable materials
• Willingness to learn and follow a numeric-based inventory system
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• No phone usage permitted on the production floor
• Clean background required (no theft, violence, fraud, sex crimes, or serious drug offenses)
• Drug-free workplace
