Our client is seeking a dynamic Manager, Integrated Communications to lead the development and execution of 360 communications campaigns across PR, influencer, social, and experiential channels for their couture fragrance portfolio. This role is ideal for a fashion- and beauty-obsessed communications professional with a proven track record building brand equity through storytelling, influencer partnerships, and high-impact events. The Manager will serve as a key partner to internal, cross-functional, and global teams while cultivating strong relationships across the beauty and fragrance industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the couture brands' voice and visual identity across traditional, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand execution.
  • Develop and implement integrated communications strategies to elevate and sustain designer fragrance brand image within the U.S. market.
  • Own influencer strategy and campaign execution, from talent identification through performance recaps.
  • Create compelling editorial, social media, and retail partner content to support brand storytelling and launches.
  • Support planning and on-site execution of events, activations, sponsorships, and press moments.
  • Research, vet, and manage vendor partners, including sourcing services, negotiating rates, and managing deliverables.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and detailed post-campaign recaps for activations and events.
  • Manage day-to-day communications planning and execution, including campaign development, media relations, and event logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in PR, influencer marketing, and social content strategy within fragrance, fashion, or beauty.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience executing integrated PR and social media campaigns.
  • Established network across press, influencer, events, social, and beauty industry partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the fragrance category and competitive landscape preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a "can-do" mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to partner effectively across departments and global teams.
