Role: Private Equity Investment Professional
Salary: $170K - $190K/annually

Location: Newton Square, Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive financial, operational, and strategic analyses. You will lead market research and competitive benchmarking to validate investment theses and support data-driven decisions.
  • Deal Execution & Structuring: Assist in negotiating terms and structuring complex transactions. You will be responsible for preparing Investment Committee materials and managing external legal and financial advisors to bring deals to a close.
  • Portfolio Value Creation: Partner with senior leadership and portfolio management teams to implement growth initiatives, track financial performance, and drive operational improvements across our investments.
Qualifications & Skills
Seeking top-tier talent with a proven track record of excellence in the private equity space.
  • Professional Experience: 4-6+ years of total experience, including a foundational background in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, followed by direct experience in Private Equity.
  • Technical Mastery: Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge or prior experience in Industrial Technology, Medical Devices & Life Sciences, or Consumer & Food Manufacturing.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate complex insights clearly, both in written presentations and verbal discussions with stakeholders.
  • Academic Excellence: A history of high achievement; an MBA from a top-tier program is highly preferred.
  • Local Connection: Strong professional or personal ties to the Philadelphia area are a significant plus.
