Overview
The Microsoft Datacenter Development Land Development Organization supports the development and delivery of Microsoft's datacenter portfolio from site selection through design, permitting,constructionand operation. The MS datacenter development portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. Microsoft is looking for an Early Works Program Manager to preposition capacity for datacenter campus sites to a condition ready for permanent works. This will include a regional portfolio of projects with a wide variety of unique requirements including building demolition, environmental remediation, grading, vegetation removal, substation construction, etc.The Early Works Program Manager will be a key contributor in the execution of the Microsoft pre-construction program and regional datacenter campus project delivery. This role will require regular engagement with key Microsoft stakeholders, as well as strategic engagement with General Contractors, AHJs and other external stakeholders. Responsibilities

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
