SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

It is the responsibility of the Commercial Business Analyst - Operations to take ownership of all tasks and challenges they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. The role is a critical support function of the Commercial Line of business requiring frequent interaction with Executive and Senior level management. It is both tactical and strategic in nature with significant collaboration within the LOB team as well as other departments of the bank including Marketing and Communication, Finance, and the Consumer Division.
