THE ROLE:

Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team.

The Manufacturing Operator positionis responsible for the loading and unloading of parts from an injection molding machine,inspecting, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging a variety of plastic products.Some machines are located in clean rooms.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 7:00AM-3:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Responsible for visually verifying products and taking corrective action when necessary
• Ensuresproducts areconsistent with established specifications and escalates quality issues as appropriate.
• Ensureshighestpossible productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality system,ISOand/or other standards.
• Ensure allproducts arepackagedbypackaging specifications and that allroutingsare followed.
• Performsvarious operations on the productin accordance withthe work orders, manufacturing instructions, and standard work
• Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughlyand intimely(i.e.Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels,ComponentSheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.).
• Maintainsaccurateattribute/variable charts of rejected materials and conducts variable charts on manufacturing processes and count ofgood productsas required.
• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, costeffectivenessand product/system quality. Promotes and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value activities.Participateactively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc.
• Completes miscellaneoustasksassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area. Wearsrequired Personal Protective Equipment.Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures.
• Communicates potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor.

• Complete otherdutiesassigned to support the overall business goals andobjectives.

WHAT WE SEEK:

• HS degree or GEDequivalent
• 0-1+yearsof experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Entry level - little to no experience
• Basic Knowledge of methods and practices
• Understandpolicies and procedures to complete routine tasks
• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
• Ability to usemeasuringdevices, handtoolsand power tools
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp handtools, repetitivelytwist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
• Works well independently andwithgroup on collaborative projects; able to take direction and instruction

• Compensation: $18-$23 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
• Shift Differential of $1.50 hour.
