Job Summary

As a Business Process Improvement Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our organization by supporting the evaluation, analysis, and enhancement of key business processes. This position is ideal for candidates eager to learn, contribute fresh perspectives, and collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved outcomes.


Essential Duties

  • Assist in mapping, documenting, and analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Gather and interpret data related to process performance and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and project meetings focused on continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the creation of documentation, training materials, and reports to support new and refined processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, or data collection tools is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within diverse teams and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management or process improvement software is a plus.
