We are seeking a Lead Apparel Product Test Analyst for a hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. Your expertise will ensure every garment not only meets the highest standards but also genuinely resonates with and empowers its wearers, making a tangible impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and execute comprehensive product testing initiatives for intimate and body-conscious apparel, from planning to reporting.
  • Expertly analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, translating consumer feedback and test results into clear, actionable insights for product creation and leadership teams.
  • Evolve and advance existing testing practices, developing innovative strategies for broader testing programs and capabilities.
  • Recruit and build strong, ethical relationships with target consumers, facilitating body-conscious product evaluations with the utmost discretion, respect, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product merchandising, technical development, materials, and risk engineering teams to ensure product excellence.
  • Amplify the voice of the consumer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the development of apparel and accessories that meet the highest standards of fit and performance.
  • Provide thought leadership within the apparel testing and product creation space, continuously evolving testing methodologies and product scope.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in apparel creation, product testing, consumer research, or apparel performance, with a strong preference for experience in intimate apparel, activewear, or related consumer products.
  • Advanced understanding of fit, fabric performance, and wear testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, engage in dialogue, and articulate ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate sensitive conversations around body perception, comfort, and the wear experience of female consumers.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining ethical and professional standards in testing environments, ensuring all participants feel safe and respected.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative test design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive projects forward.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% per year.
  • Ability to engage with consumers in their natural environments to gather authentic feedback.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of psychometrics, sensory-perception, behavioral sciences, or motor learning and control.
  • Experience with industry-standard data analysis and testing platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.20 to $51.33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
