Project Manager - Marketing + Creative Ops

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to assist their marketing/creative team in the tech space!

This is a 2-3 month assignment that will require appx. 20-30 hours/week and is fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables stay on track

- Own day-to-day project management workflows in Asana, including task creation, dependencies, timelines, and reporting

- Serve as the primary point of coordination across Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional partners

- Drive clear, consistent communication via Slack, keeping teams aligned and unblocked

- Lead project kickoffs, weekly status check-ins, and retrospectives to continuously improve workflows

- Identify risks, flag bottlenecks early, and proactively propose solutions

- Maintain project documentation, briefs, timelines, and process standards

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience managing creative projects across marketing teams

- Hands-on, daily experience working in Asana and Slack

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Clear, confident communicator who can translate ideas into actionable plans

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50 - $60 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
