PT Administrative Assistant I - Central Campus


Duties:



  • Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for the Student Success Center.


  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; provide accurate information or route questions to appropriate staff or services.


  • Schedule appointments, manage sign-ins, and maintain front desk calendars using campus scheduling systems.


  • Support daily administrative operations, including data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining organized front desk records.


  • Monitor the reception area to ensure a clean, safe, and student-friendly environment.


  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA and institutional policies when handling student information.


  • Assist with special projects, events, and outreach activities that support student engagement and success.


  • Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned
