Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst shall assist the Program Manager and the VP, Federal Civilian Business Unit with the overall execution and success of this TO and to provide overall lfinancial management, direction, and guidance for the TO. The Financial Analyst is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the financial management and reportinmg of this TO and interfaces with both the USG and Corporate stakeholders as needed.

This effort provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of mission-critical IT systems for the Department of State, Consular Affairs (CA), supporting 10,000 users across 230 overseas posts, 29 domestic passport agencies, and multiple data centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Performs economic research work and prepares analysis of subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment, and financial and expense performance comparisons
  • Compiles or prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed
  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions and other areas
  • Assists in the development of organization economic policies, conducts special economic studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of statistical studies
  • Adapts new developments in the field of economic planning and control
  • Utilizes computer in the creation, display and reproduction of charts, graphs, and economic models relative to the operations of the organization
  • May supervise other department members


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY LEVEL:

  • 5 Years relatred experience of similar scop

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Certification in US Federal Contracting financial analysis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

  • Sitting for long periods
  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
