Product Designer (remote in Cupertino)

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in Cupertino, CA (candidates must be local to the area).


Summary
This role supports the design of user-centered digital tools that help businesses manage operations, engage customers, and scale effectively. The Product Designer will contribute to creating intuitive, high-quality experiences across advertising and business platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate user and business needs into thoughtful design solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate


  • 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally focused on platforms, business tools, or enterprise applications
  • Passion for user experience design with a strong foundation in human-centered problem solving
  • Proficient in modern design tools such as Sketch, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Familiar with designing complex workflows and translating them into intuitive interfaces
  • Skilled in collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Awareness of accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design


Job Description
In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a suite of advertising and business tools. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and grow their presence. This includes creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups across web and mobile platforms, participating in design critiques, and supporting research and usability testing efforts. You will also contribute to design system discussions and continuously refine processes to improve quality and consistency across products.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in product design, UX/UI design, or digital experience design
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong execution, clear thinking, and user-centered problem solving


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and is remote, with candidates required to be local to the area

The pay for this W-2 position is $75.61 per hour

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
