Our client is looking for Benefits & LOA Operations Analyst to join their HR team!
This is a 40 hours/week, 12-month assignment that will be fully remote. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage medical and family leave programs, including up to 12-week leaves, ensuring smooth return-to-work processes and accurate documentation- serving as the primary contact for escalated and complex cases. - Oversee operational administration of health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans, resolving escalated inquiries with precision and compliance. - Apply expert knowledge of US leave, disability, and accommodation laws to resolve complex cases while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with local and federal regulations. - Collaborate with HR, shared services, and external vendors to streamline processes, support strategic benefits projects, and implement new programs or employee groups. - Proactively manage internal and external benefits communications, investigate enrollment errors, and ensure accurate, timely responses to inquiries. - Contribute to key projects, including annual open enrollment, benefit plan launches, and continuous improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: - 2-4 years of experience in US LOA administration, benefits, or retirement plan management. - Deep expertise in US leave, disability, and accommodation laws, with the ability - Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred) and familiarity with benefits modules and leave tracking. - Bonus: Experience with 401(k), self-funded health plans, and benefits vendor management. The pay for this W-2 position is $50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
