The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and communications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and labelling outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Opening boxes, verifying and receiving materials in SAP, and put a storing warehouse.

  • Coordinating with planners and global logistic teams to ensure operational excellence is maintained.

  • Scheduling shipments and/or obtaining electronic export approval from Customer and Border Protection thru Automated Export System (ACE).

  • Interacting with customs brokers to ensure on time custom clearance and delivery to site.

  • Implementing and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

  • Loading, unloading, moving and staging product and materials using a forklift and other power equipment, must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Proactively maintaining an organized warehouse and staging areas to support safe and efficient operations.

  • Working in fast paced and noisy environment with constant movement while performing the duties of this job.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Have a minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.

  • Have a proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be able to lift and move heavy objects as required.

  • Have a knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
