A Taste of What You'll Do Join a collaborative team at Gallo Winery based in Canandaigua New York where you'll support cellar production and help keep our facilities running safely and smoothly. Under general supervision, you'll operate up to four machine centers, perform routine production reporting and quality checks, and enter basic inventory data. You'll be expected to operate equipment efficiently to meet production goals, keep work areas clean and Food Safety compliant, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas for safer, smarter ways to work. You'll develop practical skills in machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and training others on standard procedures while supporting sustainability efforts-conserving resources, improving energy efficiency, and recycling to help our operations meet environmental goals. Strong situational awareness, a sense of urgency for Safety, Quality, and Productivity, and good communication with teammates and leadership are key. Regular attendance, timeliness, and adherence to quality, environmental, and safety regulations are required. We value curiosity, reliability, and a mindset that there's always room to get better.
