Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.55 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 7 am-3:30 pm Mon- Fri (overtime often going in at 5 am)

2nd shift Mon-Fri 3 pm-11:30 pm (overtime often staying until 1:30 am)

3rd shift 11 pm-7:30 am Sun-Thurs (overtime occasionally on Fridays)

• Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up (computer-controlled) and operate a multitude of Carbide Presses.
• Load and offload inserts from multiple presses
• Gage inserts to ensure proper dimensions
• Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics
• Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems
• Select and weigh Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts
• Separate scrap from good inserts and document accurately
• Scan the correct production information
• Maintain tooling used in machines, resurfacing as needed
• Operate other equipment as needed
• Operators are required to troubleshoot moderate problems
